Brief
Gordon G., the owner of My Dear Watson, a plumber located in Chelmsford Massachusetts was getting frustrated by the level of service that he was getting fromhis webmaster. His website was left as is for months and needed a face lift. After trying to get in touch many times with his webmaster, he gave up and give us a chance.
It was a big relief to Gordon when we offered to have all of his website components under one roof. We registered his existing Domain name, we migrated his old site, build a new one, and hosted it.
We helped with his Email accounts converting form old POP to IMAP so that he could retrieve emails from any devices.
We even helped him to set his IPhone to retrieve emails.
